Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to Aerobic exercise, Resistance training or jogging because these exercises are good for promote metabolism and make the body healthier. It can also increase metabolic rate, help consume more calories and burn fat. The higher the intensity of exercise, the higher the efficiency of burning calories. Other people like to stay healthy by eating Whole grain foods , vegetable and high protein . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.

For example, I like to  play basketball  , Resistance training and running. The reason I like to Resistance training is because heavy training can increase myocardial contractility and cardiac output, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and reduce hardening and damage of blood vessel walls. And muscles are the largest warehouses for storing glycogen in the human body. If you can increase the amount of muscle in the body, you can increase the ability to store glucose, and at the same time improve the sensitivity of insulin, which can help reduce the blood sugar that rises immediately after a meal and make the blood sugar in the body more stable.

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat chicken breast, oat and Small portions of fruit at least one time a week. The biggest advantage of chicken breast is that it is low in calories, low in fat and high in protein. It is an excellent source of protein supplement. A small amount of fruit can supplement high-quality protein and dietary fiber to keep the mind clear. Eating oats every day can also help control blood sugar because it helps slow down the rate at which carbohydrates in the diet enter the bloodstream, making blood sugar more stable throughout the day.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much Fried food, Pickled foods or processed food. Processed meats contain a lot of salt and additives. Excessive consumption can lead to high blood pressure and overburden the kidneys. Fried foods absorb more fat after deep-frying, and many of their nutritional values are destroyed. Eating too much pickled food can easily lead to high blood pressure and kidney burden.

In conclusion, If you want to stay healthy, you should exercise more, no matter what kind of exercise it is. Eating less junk food will reduce the harm to your body and you can get a healthy body.
