  Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy   Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to Aerobic exercise, Resistance training or jogging because these exercises are good for promote metabolism and make the body healthier. It can also increase metabolic rate, help consume more calories and burn fat. The higher the intensity of exercise, the higher the efficiency of burning calories. Other people like to stay healthy by eating Whole grain foods , vegetable and high protein . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.   For example, I like to   play basketball   , Resistance training and running. The reason I like to Resistance training is because h eavy training can increase myocardial contractility and cardiac output, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and reduce hardening and damage of blood vessel walls.
